Browsing and contacting us
To deliver pages and protect the website, hosting provider Vercel may process technical request data such as your IP address, requested page, date and browser information. This supports website operation and security (legitimate interests, GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
When you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we use the contact details and content you provide to respond and manage your request or stay (pre-contractual steps or contract, GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). This website does not submit contact forms. Links open the service you choose, whose own privacy notice also applies. Without the necessary information, we may be unable to respond or complete a booking.
What is stored in your browser
Cookies and browser storage help websites remember information. This website’s code adds no advertising or visitor analytics tools. The essential storage listed below does not require consent.

- Manually selected language. Local storage remains until you change the language or clear the website’s browser data. It contains no personal identifier.
- rcn-cookie-notice
- Remembers only that you closed the cookie notice, its version and its expiry after six months. It does not record consent to tracking or service terms.
Cookie notice
This website uses technical storage for the functions described here and adds no analytics or advertising tools. The banner is informational: “Got it” and the X close the notice. Booking, chat and browsing work even if you leave it open. Closing it does not accept ZaK or chat terms.
Reopen the notice through “Cookie notice” on this privacy page, or clear storage in your browser settings. Clearing functional storage may reset your language, search or chat continuity.
External services
Booking search and chat are functional services: connecting to their providers sends your IP address and technical request data. Chat connects when clicked. Storage strictly necessary for these services does not require cookie consent. For data supplied during bookings and conversations, also consult the providers’ notices.
ZaK booking search
ZaK, provided by WuBook Srl, loads the dates and guests search on booking pages. It uses session storage for availability and inventory (wbinvent and wbinvent_* keys), lasting for the browser session. Booking is completed on the ZaK platform, with its own privacy notice and the terms shown during booking.

Concierge Genius chat
Concierge Genius, provided by Euris Srl, opens only when you choose to use the chat. The provider receives messages you send and states that the local ccw_client_id identifier supports conversation continuity and abuse prevention, without advertising profiling. This identifier remains in local storage as managed by the service, or until you clear it in your browser. Privacy and terms are available in the chat. In the preview, chat opens on a separate page.

Recipients, retention and transfers
Data may be handled by authorised property staff and providers needed for hosting, communications, bookings and chat. We retain requests as long as necessary to handle them and, if a booking follows, according to the obligations of that relationship. Further retention depends on legal obligations or protecting rights. Contact us for the periods applicable to your request and the list of processors.
Some providers’ infrastructure may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Their notices explain their arrangements; you can ask the controller for details about recipients and safeguards applicable to your data.
Your rights
Where the GDPR provides, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability, object to processing and withdraw consent. Write to the address above. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority or the competent authority in your country.
